An inexpensive cut, perfect for old fashioned roasting and full of flavour. We source our free-range pork from Plantation Pigs, a family run business which has been rearing free-range pigs since 1987 on the South Downs. Although sourcing free-range pork does cost us more, we believe this cost is justified, by the fantastic eating quality and ethical farming.
