A delicious piece of beef that guarantees plenty of tender portions. Our grass-fed beef is sourced from Berkshire and Hampshire farms. Our Carvery Rib is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days, often more, and we are very proud of the quality and flavour we develop.

Sold by the rib, each rib is normally 1kg - 1.5kg.
