A very special cut, juicy and full of flavour. Our grass-fed beef is sourced from Berkshire and Hampshire farms. Our Cote de Boeuf is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days, often more, and we are very proud of the quality and flavour we develop.

Sold by the rib, each rib is normally 0.7kg - 1.2kg.
